How far in advance should I book my bridal hair and makeup?
As early as possible. Most brides book their wedding beauty services 6–12 months in advance, and popular wedding dates can book up quickly. The earlier you reach out, the better the chance that your date will be available.
How long will hair and makeup take on the wedding day?
Please allow approximately 2 hours for bridal hair and makeup. Additional services typically take 45–60 minutes per service, depending on the desired look.
A customized getting-ready schedule will be created based on your bridal party size, ready-by time, and wedding-day timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly without feeling rushed.
Do you provide on-location services, and is there a travel fee?
Yes! All wedding-day services are provided on location at your hotel, home, venue, or other getting-ready location.
Travel within 20 miles of Center City Philadelphia is included in bridal packages. Locations beyond 20 miles are subject to an additional travel fee based on distance and location.
Parking fees may also apply and are the responsibility of the client.
What products do you use, and can you accommodate different skin types?
I use professional, long-wearing products selected to photograph beautifully and last throughout your wedding day.
Skin preparation is just as important as the makeup itself, so products and techniques are customized based on your skin type, concerns, and desired finish. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or specific product concerns, please let me know in advance.
Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
Yes. For larger bridal parties, additional professional artists may be added to ensure everyone is ready on time without compromising the quality of the services.
Any additional artist fees, travel, parking, or early-start fees, if applicable, will be discussed in advance based on your wedding-day schedule and location.
How should I prepare my skin and hair?
Healthy, well-prepared skin and hair create the best foundation for your bridal look. In the days leading up to your wedding, stay hydrated, follow your usual skincare routine, and avoid experimenting with new treatments or products.
On the wedding day, please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and clean, completely dry hair, unless we have discussed different preparation instructions for your specific hairstyle.
Is a deposit required to secure my wedding date?
Yes. A non-refundable booking retainer is required along with a signed contract to officially secure your wedding date.
The retainer is applied toward your final balance and is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs.
Your wedding date is not considered officially booked until both the signed contract and retainer have been received.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you choose to cancel your wedding services, the booking retainer is non-refundable.
Exceptional circumstances outside of either party’s control — such as severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other major unforeseen events — will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any available options will be discussed directly with you.
All additional cancellation and payment terms will be outlined in your bridal contract.
